Communication with systems is therefore becoming more natural, more personal and more diverse. AI avatars can create closeness, build trust and reduce the distance between humans and machines. Precisely because users increasingly expect dialog-oriented experiences, such avatars will become an integral part of modern user interfaces in the future.
