Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Kauz.ai brings AI to life. We are developing a platform that enables companies of all sizes to introduce AI safely and conveniently. Our chatbots and AI assistants are active in more than 100 companies, improving customer service and supporting employees in their daily work. We value teamwork and the ability to drive projects forward and offer our customers new solutions.

We are currently looking for a sales representative (m/f/d) to strengthen and actively support our sales team. You will be the point of contact for our existing partners and will be able to independently lead consulting and sales discussions through to completion.

With your strong communication skills and friendly nature, you will be able to advise customers competently and present and sell our products and services perfectly. As a sales representative, you can work both in the office and in the field.

What should you bring with you?

  • Your background can be in business administration, humanities or technology
  • It is important that you enjoy working with customers and introducing them to our solutions
  • You must understand AI and enjoy using it yourself
  • Technical issues and IT systems in general do not scare you, but rather motivate you to understand them better. You are confident with keywords such as Sharepoint, Azure, ERP and CRM systems
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in the IT industry and/or sales of IT solutions
  • Very good written and spoken German skills
  • You have a friendly, competent and convincing demeanour in contact with customers
  • A strong sense of responsibility as well as organisational talent and flexibility
  • You are characterised by high resilience, team spirit and stress resistance
