The tutorials for our tools are free for all customers, and you can complete the basic training entirely on your own. Tiered Pricing for the AI Fundamentals Training

One access is valid for one person, with a twelve-month term for your entire organisation. Pricing is per person per year.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is access valid?
The term is twelve months and applies to your entire organization. This means that all subscriptions run concurrently, regardless of when each individual starts. Content updates are automatically incorporated into the current subscription.
Can we transfer access to another person?
The contract specifies only the number of accounts, not the names. So you can take your time deciding who will participate. Once an account is activated for a specific person, it remains assigned to that person. This is intentional: A certificate of competence under Article 4 must be assignable to a specific person.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
Access expires when the person does. To continue using it, you’ll need a new access code. This also helps protect the value of the certificate.
What if someone fails the quiz?
No problem. During the course period, you can retake the training as often as you like—whether individual quiz questions or the entire course—at no additional cost. If you pass again, you’ll receive a certificate with the current date.
Does this certificate meet the requirements of the EU AI Act?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act establishes a duty to make reasonable efforts, not a certification requirement. The certificate serves as documented evidence that you have addressed AI competence. It is not a legal seal of approval nor a guarantee of compliance. Please consult your legal department for an assessment of your specific case.
Is the training also available in English?
The training course is currently available in German. An English version is in the works. The prices apply to both language versions.
How up-to-date is the content?
The training course provides foundational knowledge that doesn’t become outdated on a monthly basis. That’s why we don’t constantly rewrite the content; instead, we review it regularly and update it when necessary—such as when new legal requirements are introduced or technical developments actually impact day-to-day work. The current version is valid as of September 2026.
