Workflow Designer Intern (m/f/d)

Kauz is a leading provider of AI applications in the German market and, with its comprehensive aiSuite, offers AI solutions for companies of all sizes. We are currently looking for student support to expand our AI workflow materials. Do you have solid experience with n8n and don’t shy away from explaining it in short screen videos? Then you might be a great fit for us!

Your responsibilities:

  • You create AI workflows based on the sim.ai engine and help expand our template library
  • You gather customer and partner requirements and research relevant use cases for implementing workflows
  • You record screen videos of AI workflows for our product documentation and marketing communications and complement them with explanatory texts

What you should bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program or vocational training
  • You have experience building workflows with n8n and similar workflow builders
  • You have a solid technical understanding of interfaces, MCP servers, and LLMs
  • You are able to structure requirements and tasks independently
  • You have initial experience explaining technical systems
  • You communicate openly and proactively
  • You have very good German language skills

Working Student in Finance

Our finance function is the backbone of sound decision-making — this is not just about managing numbers, but about creating real foundations for steering the business. It’s an ideal entry point to learn investor reporting, business planning, and controlling in practice.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a working student (Werkstudent) in Finance who will support our team in day-to-day operations and gradually take on responsibility. You’ll work on real tasks that directly impact the transparency, planning, and management of our company.

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting analyses and reporting
  • Preparing and organizing financial data
  • Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting topics
  • Structuring and improving Excel-based overviews
  • Collaborating with accounting

Requirements

  • You enjoy working with Excel and use it confidently
  • You understand basic concepts of accounting and financial analysis

Do you have basic knowledge of AI, enjoy diving deep into AI tools, have a strong sense for language, and experience creating engaging video tutorials? Then we’d love to hear from you!

  • You create content for our product documentation for aiStudio, aiWorkplace, and workflows
  • You design customer-oriented use cases to support customers in using our products
  • You record screen videos and short video tutorials for our product documentation and complement them with explanatory texts
  • You create training materials

What You Should Bring:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program or vocational training and are interested in a longer-term working student position
  • You work independently and are willing to dive deep into our products
  • You have a solid understanding of AI and AI assistants, LLMs, prompting, and process automation
  • You are able to explain even complex topics in a clear and understandable way
  • You use AI support to complete your tasks efficiently and with high quality
  • You are able to structure requirements and tasks independently
  • You have initial experience explaining technical systems
  • You communicate openly and proactively
  • You have very good German language skills
